This trip was planned for months,my parents like to go to casinos and this one is the closest to us.This was a get away for them after each had been recovering from health issues.We were excited to just go an relax,play slots and forget about everything for a couple of days.On our last day we were sitting playing slots and I was assaulted and robbed.I was sitting right next to my mother when I had what felt to be a gun stuck in my ribs and the person reaching over me telling me it was time to cash out and stealing my ticket from machine!They grabbed,started walking away and I got up and followed screaming for security as I watched these people walk,not run out of casino.The security came over to me a few minutes later and wrote down my name and number and I asked if they would arrest them if caught and was told that if casino gave my money back then there was no theft!!!I was robbed,assaulted and left feeling afraid and vulnerable.My poor parents had to witness this.I was too shaken up to insist on police being called but I have sent emails to management and corporate since I got home and have gotten no response.I find it hard to believe that a chain as large as the hard rock would not be mortified by the lack of security and their obvious inability to monitor cameras.
